The Grand Pines and Royal Oaks rooms are located on the main level, directly adjacent to the lobby. This prime location complements the functionality of these spaces, as the lobby features a full-service restaurant, café, market, co-working areas, and the Hearth Lounge. As our largest meeting spaces, they offer an abundance of natural light, wall-mounted large projector screens, and versatile configurations to accommodate any event or gathering.
For more intimate gatherings, our Birch and Maple rooms are located on the lower level near the courtyard entrance. These smaller meeting rooms are ideal for breakout sessions and come equipped with a small countertop for serving, as well as a fixed wall-mounted TV with projection capabilities.
